Our home is located along the road that leads to the villages of Poggio and Marciana, about one kilometre from Marciana Marina. It is surrounded by a large garden with views of the sea and the mountains.
The house is on two levels, where every detail is thoughtfully designed: on the ground floor there are three rooms with private entrances, a panoramic veranda where breakfast is served, and shared areas dedicated to hospitality.
Upstairs, there are three more rooms, each with its own character — two overlooking the sea and one facing the Monte Capanne valley.

Outdoor spaces and common areas
During the warm season, when staying indoors would be a real shame, guests can enjoy the house’s beautiful garden, equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, armchairs, and quiet corners for relaxation. Surrounded by the peaceful countryside and a magnificent view, it’s the perfect place to reconnect with nature, far from stress and noise.
All guests have access to a large covered car park, closed at night, located within the property. In the nearby area, there is a shared drying rack for towels and clothes.
For those travelling by bike, a secure storage box is also available.
